Our job implementation includes scheduling and phasing design, quality control, project management, installation certification and warranty compliance. Our products are provided by World Class manufacturers such as 3M Company and Koester American Corp. ICT has developed strategic alliances with these manufacturers and works harmoniously with them to bring their quality products to the marketplace. THOMAS J. LUTZ is the President and founder of ICT. Tom has been in the construction and ESD specialty flooring industry for 25 years. During that time, he has taken the vision of a high- tech construction company from a start up to a high quality national provider of products and services.
Tom is often hired by clients as an expert consultant for the design and specification of products and systems in mission critical environments. Tom takes a hands-on approach to all client projects. He is also involved with the daily administration of an exciting and growing business. ICT is continuing to grow and evolve under Tom's direction. |

JUDITH A. LUTZ is the Secretary / Treasurer of ICT. Her background working with other large corporations has positioned her to fill this important role at ICT. Judy has worked at ICT since its inception. Judy also oversees the functions relating to payables, contractor payouts as well as working with accounts receivable. |

Phil Sonni, ICT’s Director of Sales and Marketing, brings more than 20 years of sales strategy and successful marketing practices to ICT’s growing Koester distribution business. Phil’s implementation of a Quality Assurance Program stresses his belief in forging strong partnerships with applicators, flooring contractors and general contractors ensuring jobs are completed on time, on spec and at budget. His close connection to the field allows him to play a key role in new product development, establishing testing protocols and conducting training programs.
Phil also serves as President of IGT ( Innovative Green Technologies ), a newly-formed, minority-owned sister company of ICT focusing on PCB and Oil Remediation at Brown Field Sites and Historical Preservation Projects utilizing Koester’s Oil Removal System, a cost-effective, fast, safe, green remediation and encapsulating system. IGT’s environmentally friendly concrete contamination clean-up and encapsulation process has passed stringent independent field testing and promises to be on an accelerated growth trend for many years to come. |

JEAN SHULTZ is the Office / Administrative Manager at ICT. Jean started with ICT soon after it was founded. Jean assists Tom Lutz with daily administrative responsibilities. Jean also is directly involved with the generation of client quotes, placing material orders and tracking shipments. |

WENDY JORDAN is an administrative assistant to ICT. Wendy has been with ICT since 2005. Wendy is also involved with certain IT aspects of ICT, and she also works in the accounting department in support of Judy Lutz. |

ROGER LOPEZ is the Warehouse Manager of ICT's Warehouse / Operations center. Roger works in the areas of Shipping & Receiving. His daily responsibilities include setting up all job related materials. Roger also visits job sites to measure and verify site conditions. Roger ensures the projects are accurately shipped the right materials, on time. |

Dennis Kim is the Project Manager for ICT. Dennis travels to job sites and does site reviews, including measuring and verification of site conditions. He also does testing for ICT using several different tools and methods to ensure that the end product is satisfactory for the client. He also confirms that ICT's installation crews have everything they need for the job to go smoothly so they can finish the job on time and properly. |
